Execution and Bankruptcy

We have a wide expertise in initiating any and all kinds of execution and/or bankruptcy proceedings before execution offices and carrying out investigations needed for such proceedings to collect our clients' receivables. We also follow up the relevant proceedings, such as "postponement of bankruptcy" and "restructuring clients' debts".

Recognition and Enforcement Procedures

We follow up the necessary legal steps for the recognition and enforcement of finalized foreign court decisions and foreign arbitral award in Turkey. We also assist our Turkish clients, by way of collaborating with foreign law firms, to enforce Turkish court decisions or arbitral awards abroad.
