We advise our clients involved in project finance transactions, particularly in drafting and negotiating project finance agreements, as well as establishment of necessary encumbrances.

We have been advising our clients in all types of credit facilities, particularly in asset financing, as well as establishment of necessary encumbrances.

Financial Services

We provide legal assistance to financial institutions, particularly banks, regarding their outsourcing activities in accordance with the banking legislation.

Investment Funds and Structures

Our Firm represents private equity companies in various transactions, i.e. M&A transactions where the private equity companies are either the purchasers or the sellers. We also represent clients who sell their shares to private equity companies or acquire shares from them in IPOs and privatizations. Our lawyers have developed wide experience in understanding the expectations of private equity companies established both in Turkey and abroad.
