    Seçil Abalı is a Principal in the Corporate and Antitrust Departments. She joined the firm in 2000.

    Ms. Abalı's practice areas include corporate law, commercial law and competition law; in particular, M&As, banking and finance transactions, debt and equity capital markets transactions and merger control procedures. Ms. Abalı advises numerous major international companies with regard to cartel and abuse of dominant position matters.

    She speaks Turkish and English and has a law degree from Dokuz Eylül University as well as an LLM degree from London Guildhall University.

    Ms. Abalı is recommended by Chamber Europe 2012- Leaders in their Field in Banking and Finance sector.

    She is recommended by Legal 500 in competition law.
