Our Firm was founded in 1966 by three close friends straight out of law school. Today, with its young and dynamic team of approximately fifty people, it is one of the leading independent law firms in Turkey.

In these almost fifty years, our team has grown and had many successes. Although at the beginning the Firm was intended to deal with only domestic matters, we now give legal assistance to our Turkish and foreign clients, some of which have been with us for over twenty years, in almost all areas of Turkish law including but not limited to corporate and M&A, litigation, domestic and international arbitration, competition law, banking and finance, labor law, tax, intellectual property and corporate governance.

We are very happy and proud of what we have achieved guided by our everlasting principles of honesty, hard work and respect for clients and the legal profession.
